Product Description
Function:
Ambient air through one side of an aluminum plate and contaminated air passed on the other side. Multiple plates are joined together in a special configuration to form the heat exchanger. Heated contaminated air flows through one set of air passages while the cold fresh air flows at a right angle through alternate, intervening pasages. Heat is transferred from the contaminated air to the ambient air but the contamination remains in the contaminated air.
Application:
* Fresh air make up increasing amounts of fresh air ventilation are required amount of ventilation air at up to an 85% reduction in energy costs.
* Process heat recovery: Heat exchanger can be custom-built to fit almost any process application, recovering exhaust heat and saving valuable energy dollars. Optional materials and coatings are available for high temperature or corrosive environments.
* Indirect evaporative is a process that takes advantage of the low cost of evaporative cooling without the additional moisture gained through direct evaporative cooling. Heat exchanger is ideal for indirect evaporative cooling since it has maximum wetting area and can be completely sealed to prevent water migration into the supply air steam.
Materials: Aluminum or aluminum with corrosion resistance coating, or stainless steel
Performance: Highest heat transfer performance due to very thin aluminum layer and improved air turbulence with corrugated structure design
Pressure drop: The special inlet and outlet air guide tunnel design minimize air pressure drop, that means you get more air cooling with same size fan.
Tightness: Special process treatment to ensure the tightness between aluminum layers.
